1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://www.wirevale.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Wirevale (“we”, “us”).
By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What Wirevale offers
Wirevale presents three lines of business on this Site:
- Wirevale Online — domains, hosting, email, websites and related digital products (often sold or fulfilled via https://www.wirevale.com and partners such as GoDaddy)
- Wirevale Services — IT support, software QA/testing, and business & delivery assistance
- Wirevale Supplies — IT kit, office essentials, and workplace goods
Descriptions on the Site are general information. Formal quotes, statements of work, order confirmations, or partner checkout terms form the contract for paid work or products where applicable.
3. Relationship with wirevale.com and partners
- Informational browsing and contact on wirevale.co.uk are covered by these terms and our Privacy / Cookie policies.
- Purchases of Online products may be completed on https://www.wirevale.com or partner systems and are also subject to those checkout terms, AUPs, and registrar rules.
- Where partner terms conflict with marketing copy on this Site, the partner / order terms for that product prevail for fulfilment.
4. Site content and accuracy
We aim to keep content accurate and up to date but do not warrant that the Site is error-free or complete. Prices, stock, product features, and service availability may change. Images and examples are illustrative unless stated otherwise.
5. Enquiries and statements of work
Sending a contact form or email does not create a paid engagement. Services and Supplies work proceed when we accept an enquiry and agree scope, fees, and timing in writing (email is fine unless a formal statement of work is required).
6. Acceptable use of this Site
You must not misuse the Site. Without limitation you must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access, probing, or disruption
- Submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content via forms
- Scrape the Site in a way that harms performance or breaches law

The Site may link to wirevale.com, partner sites, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from Site use
- Our total liability arising from Site use (not including separate paid service or supply contracts) is limited to £100
Consumer statutory rights (where you deal as a consumer) are not affected.
Separate contracts for Services, Supplies, or Online products may set different liability terms for that engagement.

11. Governing law
