End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: 16 September 2026
Licensor: Wirevale Games (trading as Wirevale), United Kingdom
Contact: support@wirevale.co.uk
This EULA covers Wirevale Games titles distributed on the Microsoft Store, Google Play, and related Windows desktop builds, including Wirevale Target Archery, Wirevale Chess Pro, Wirevale Word Pro, and Wirevale Sudoku Pro. It is written for a UK audience. It is not a substitute for solicitor-reviewed wording if you need formal legal advice for a specific deal.
1. Grant of licence
Subject to this EULA, Wirevale Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the game on devices you own or control, for your private entertainment, in the form provided through an authorised store or installer.
2. Ownership
The game, artwork, audio, branding, and documentation remain the property of Wirevale Games and its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership. Wirevale is a brand of Wirevale. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Restrictions
- Do not copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or publicly perform the game except as allowed by the store or by law.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game except to the limited extent permitted by applicable UK law.
- Do not remove or alter Wirevale marks, copyright notices, or third-party attribution.
- Do not use the game for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
4. Purchases, trials, and stores
Paid unlocks, subscriptions, and free trials offered through the Microsoft Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s terms and billing rules. Offline trial or licence-key builds (if provided for testing) remain subject to this EULA and any key conditions shown in the app.
5. Third-party components
The game may include open-source or third-party components under their own licences. Those licences continue to apply to those components. See the in-package third-party notices where shipped.
6. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits rights you have as a consumer under UK law that cannot be excluded or limited.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Wirevale Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Our total liability for any claim connected with the game is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant licence (or zero if the copy was free), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach this EULA. On termination you must stop using the game and uninstall it. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, warranty disclaimer, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
9. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy on wirevale.co.uk (the privacy URL stated in our store listings and in-app legal links).
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
